- Experience in handling of Instruments: HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, KF, Dissolution Apparatus, Physical characterization.
- Experience in handling of Dosage forms: IR/ER Tablets, Capsules, Injectables, Complex Injectables.
Technical Skills:
- Literature collection & summary preparation
- Method Development, Pre-validation, In-use stability, Reconstitution study, Method transfer
- Specification setting, Reference product reverse engineering, Stability data compilation
- Able to handle projects individually
Documentation Skills:
- Method development report preparation
- Pre-validation protocol & report preparation
- STP/Spec. Preparation, Method Transfer protocol & report preparation
Softwares Familiarity:
Soft Skills:
- Good communication focusing on scientific writing, Project presentation, Teamwork

- Specification setting, Reference product reverse engineering, Stability data compilation
- Identify project requirements, Able to handle multiple projects/tasks, Planning skills
Documentation Skills:
- Method development report preparation
- Pre-validation protocol & report preparation
- STP/Spec. Preparation, Method Transfer protocol & report preparation
- Calculation excel sheet preparation, Any other relevant document
Softwares Familiarity:
- Empower/Chromeleon/Design Expert
Soft Skills:
