Position Summary

We are hiring a Manager – Quality Assurance (IPQA, PV, CV) to strengthen our QA operations and support our international compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in in-process quality assurance, process validation, and cleaning validation, ensuring products meet global regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

📋 In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)

• Monitor and review all in-process activities on the production floor.

• Ensure compliance with GMP during manufacturing and packaging operations.

• Perform line clearance, batch record review, and in-process checks.

🧪 Process Validation (PV)

• Plan, execute, and document process validation studies as per regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams for validation execution and documentation.

• Ensure validation protocols and reports align with global compliance guidelines.

🧼 Cleaning Validation (CV)

• Develop and review cleaning validation protocols and procedures.

• Coordinate with production and QA teams to ensure cleaning processes are validated and verified.

• Maintain validation documentation and ensure audit readiness.

📈 Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of all QA-related activities.

• Ensure readiness for inspections by EU, USFDA, WHO, and other global authorities.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of quality systems.

Candidate Profile

🎓 Qualifications

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm

💼 Experience

• 12 to 15 years of experience in QA with a focus on IPQA, Process Validation, and Cleaning Validation

• Prior experience in export-focused pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred

🧠 Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of global regulatory standards (EU-GMP, WHO-GMP, USFDA)

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes for oral dosage forms

• Excellent documentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and audit-ready
