Contractual Hiring for ECHS Polyclinics Vacancies – 2024-25
Applications are invited for the shortlisting of suitable candidates for contractual hiring lasting 11/12 months on short notice, as needed for vacancies arising in ECHS Polyclinics during 2024–25. The number of posts available is 13, distributed as follows:

Age for Selection: 56 Yrs
Basic Qualification:
- B.Pharm from a recognized institute OR
- 10+2 with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology from a recognized Board) and approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India.
- Registered as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.
- Minimum three years of experience.
Contractual Fees (per month):
Rs 28,100/-
Tax Deduction: Tax will be deducted at source as applicable.

Important Notes:
- Candidates can apply for a vacancy in two ECHS Polyclinics locations (Name of Polyclinic applied for) only.
- Candidates who declined to join duty after being selected in the last one year need not apply.
- Employment terms are at the discretion of the appointing authority.
- Changes to this NOTICE, if any, will be posted on the official website.
- Termination of Service: Contract can be terminated by either side by giving one month notice.
- Written test may be conducted if necessary.
- Hiring duration for the vacancy reserved for ESM/Civilian is 12 months; for civilians, it’s 11 months.
- All ESMs/dependents applying must register their names with AWPO, and the Registration No must be quoted in the application.

Applications received after 10 Feb 2024 will not be considered.
Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
Notification of Eligibility:
After scrutinizing applications, eligible candidates will be informed telephonically/through e-mail to attend the written test and interview. The appointing authority reserves the right to reject/cancel applications based on incomplete submissions without assigning reasons.
