Eligibility Conditions at CDM&PHO:

• Retired Govt. employees
• Below 63 years of age
• Good service record
• Physically fit
• No departmental proceedings, criminal/vigilance cases, or misconduct in the past five years

Tenure, Terms, and Conditions:

• Initial re-employment for two years
• Extendable in one-year spells, up to four years
• Not beyond 65 years of age or until regular posting
• Termination possible for unsatisfactory performance with one-month notice

Remuneration:

• Consolidated remuneration: Rs. 20,000 per month

• Valid Registration certificate from council
• Retirement relieve Order
• Fitness certificate from recognized Medical Officer

• Work experience certificate from concerned CDM&PHO or appointing authority of the last workstation
• Certificate regarding departmental proceedings, criminal/vigilance cases, or misconduct in the past five years from the concerned appointing authority
