Location: Vadodara, India

1. Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Experience: 10-12 years
Qualification: M.Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

• Review approved vendor lists in alignment with submitted/current Drug Master Files (DMF).
• Assess specifications and analytical procedures for raw and packing materials.
• Prepare Open Drug Master Files (ODMF) and technical packages as per customer requirements.
• Compile DMFs to meet regulatory agency standards.

2. Production Chemist

Experience: 2-6 years
Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry), B.E. (Chemical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage reactors, centrifuges, and cleanroom operations.
• Oversee API manufacturing processes.
• Operate and maintain HPLC, QCGMP equipment.

3. Sterile Production Operator

Experience: 3-5 years
Qualification: M.Sc/B. Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sterile production activities with a focus on sterilization in place.
• Manage isolator and autoclave operations.
• Ensure compliance with CGMP on the shop floor.

4. Quality Control Analyst

Experience: 2-5 years
Qualification: M.Sc (Chemistry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct API analysis using HPLC (Waters, Shimadzu) for assays and RS.
• Ensure compliance with GDP and GLP guidelines.

5. Quality Assurance (QA Compliance)

Experience: 4-7 years
Qualification: M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry) / M. Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical review and validation.
• Work with HPLC, GC, and WET analysis equipment.
• Implement Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and GMP standards.

6. Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Officer

Experience: 1-2 years
Qualification: B.Sc/M.Sc (Environmental Science) or B.E/M.E (Env. Science)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal and statutory reports for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 compliance.
• Maintain documentation such as SOPs, manuals, and risk assessments.

7. Business Development Manager

Experience: 8-12 years
Qualification: B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech/MBA

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue through new and commercialized API products.
• Identify and evaluate potential partnerships for licensing opportunities.
• Achieve annual and monthly business targets.
