The Tata Medical Center (TMC) in New Town, Kolkata, is indeed a renowned institution for tertiary cancer care. TMC focuses on providing state-of-the-art clinical care for patients with cancer while also integrating research activities through the Tata Translational Cancer Research Centre (TTCRC).

The TTCRC serves as the research arm of TMC and is located within a dedicated academic space, spanning across three floors. This facility allows for the seamless integration of clinical and research activities, enabling physicians and researchers to collaborate closely and ensure that the latest advancements in cancer care are translated into improved patient outcomes.

Position: Trial Coordinator

Qualification:

  • Post Graduate in Science (M.Pharm., Life Sciences, Biotech., Zoology, Botany, etc.)
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research (mandatory)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a trial/clinical research coordinator (desirable)

Remuneration:

  • Starting at Rs. 23,000/- per month, depending upon qualification and experience

General Conditions:

  1. Application Process:

    • Candidates currently employed at TMC must bring a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective Head of Department (HOD) at the time of the interview.
  3. Selection Process:
    • Tata Memorial Centre reserves the right to limit the number of candidates called for the interview based on qualifications and experience. Meeting the prescribed qualifications does not guarantee an interview.
    • If at any stage of recruitment it is found that the candidate does not meet the eligibility criteria, has provided incorrect/false/incomplete information, or has suppressed any material facts, their candidature will be cancelled. If any shortcomings are discovered even after appointment, the candidate’s services may be terminated immediately.
    • Tata Memorial Centre may choose not to call any candidates for an interview without providing a reason.
  4. Grade Offered:
    • Candidates may be offered a lower grade than advertised based on their working experience, research track record, and overall assessment during the interview and at the recommendation of the Selection Committee.
  5. Application Receipt:
