Junior Officer – Packing

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing packing activities during your shift while ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety standards to meet production targets.

Accountabilities:

I. Manage resources efficiently to execute packing activities and minimize machine downtime, achieving shift targets. II. Review packing documentation and monitor standard parameters to meet regulatory requirements outlined in the Batch Production Record (BPR). III. Maintain accurate manufacturing records and update online documentation to comply with production and cGMP standards. IV. Ensure adherence to safety protocols within the packing block during the shift to foster a secure work environment. V. Provide training to staff and workmen on packing procedures through regular interactions to ensure high-quality output. VI. Contribute innovative ideas to streamline processes, reduce cycle times, and achieve new performance targets.

Education Qualification:

  • B. Pharm. / B. Sc. (Chemistry)

Candidate Profile:

  • 2 years of experience in packing, with knowledge of QMS activities, qualification processes, and related documentation handling.
