Position: Junior Officer – Packing
Job Purpose
The role involves monitoring and executing packing activities during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and safety protocols to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Shift Management:
- Execute shift-wise packing operations by utilizing available resources effectively.
- Minimize machine downtime to achieve shift production targets.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Review and update Batch Production Records (BPR) to ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate online records and documentation to meet cGMP and quality requirements.
- Safety Monitoring:
- Ensure adherence to safety norms during packing operations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Training & Development:
- Train and guide staff and workmen in packing activities to ensure consistent product quality.
- Process Improvement:
- Contribute new ideas to simplify processes, reduce cycle times, and achieve operational targets.
Candidate Profile
- Education: B.Pharm. or B.Sc. in Chemistry
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in packing operations with knowledge of QMS (Quality Management Systems), equipment qualification, and related documentation.
