Position: Junior Officer – Packing


Job Purpose

The role involves monitoring and executing packing activities during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and safety protocols to meet production targets.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Shift Management:
    • Execute shift-wise packing operations by utilizing available resources effectively.
    • Minimize machine downtime to achieve shift production targets.
  2. Documentation & Compliance:
    • Review and update Batch Production Records (BPR) to ensure alignment with regulatory guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate online records and documentation to meet cGMP and quality requirements.
  3. Safety Monitoring:
    • Ensure adherence to safety norms during packing operations to maintain a secure work environment.
  4. Training & Development:
    • Train and guide staff and workmen in packing activities to ensure consistent product quality.
  5. Process Improvement:
    • Contribute new ideas to simplify processes, reduce cycle times, and achieve operational targets.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: B.Pharm. or B.Sc. in Chemistry
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in packing operations with knowledge of QMS (Quality Management Systems), equipment qualification, and related documentation.
