Job Title: Pharmacovigilance (PV) – Case Processor

Responsibilities:

• Triage and prioritize cases based on their urgency and severity
• Perform full data entry of all relevant information obtained from the source data
• Manually code all codeable terms that were not automatically encoded, including adverse events, medical history, concomitant medications, and laboratory values
• Generate complete narratives for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) using client’s Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) auto-narrative templates and conventions
• Monitor the workflow by retrieving daily reports and ensuring that cases nearing the 7/15-day timelines are completed by the users
• Ensure compliance by identifying and prioritizing expedited cases until completion
• Review impacted cases on a daily basis and escalate/re-route them to initiate follow-up processing in a timely manner
• Monitor and maintain records of data correction requests, including their impact and the actions taken

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree
• Experience: 1-4 years in the field
