Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and Monitor Production: Oversee the Softgel manufacturing and packing processes, including Gelatin preparation, Medicament preparation, Encapsulation, Drying, Printing, and Inspection.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain continuous compliance on the production floor, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
• Production Planning: Develop and implement monthly, daily, and shift-wise schedules for Softgel manufacturing and packing operations.
• QMS Management: Handle Quality Management System (QMS) events such as Deviations, Change Controls, and Investigations.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the production team to ensure the achievement of production goals according to schedule.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
