Position: Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager
Function: Domestic Marketing
Therapy Areas: Cardiovascular, CNS, GI, Ortho, Gynae, and Derma
Location: Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the marketing and communication strategies for various brands.
• Analyze sales and market data to drive decision-making.
• Manage product strategy and assist in product launches.
• Assist in creating annual marketing plans and promotional activities for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
• Address scientific queries from stakeholders.
• Organize training programs, conferences, and quarterly meetings.
• Conduct fieldwork across different headquarters (HQs).
• Lead and manage teams of Assistant Product Managers and Product Managers.

Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm + MBA (Mandatory)
• Experience: 1 to 14 years in Product Management at a reputable pharmaceutical company.
• Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a keen interest in learning new concepts. The candidate should be adaptable, ready to relocate to Ahmedabad, and committed to long-term association.
