Position Overview

Role: Associate Regulatory Professional I
Department: IOSO Regulatory Affairs – OCE
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc.
Industry: Pharma / Healthcare / Clinical Research

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and compile country-specific submission files (NDA, LCM & post-approval changes).
Support global affiliates in updating local regulatory requirements as per health authority guidelines.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory goals align with business needs.
Ensure full compliance with international and regional regulatory standards.
Communicate with regulatory agency personnel to fast-track approvals and manage queries.
Act as the regulatory point of contact throughout the product lifecycle, including managing impacts from production and label changes.

Candidate Requirements

Educational Background: Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years in Regulatory Affairs or similar roles within the pharmaceutical sector.
Solid understanding of global and regional regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
Exposure to Regulatory IT tools and systems used in documentation and submission processes.
Ability to collaborate across functions within Regulatory Affairs and cross-disciplinary teams.
