Position: Officer

Profile Summary/Key Skills:

1. Raw Material/ Packing Material Management: Arrange RM/PM at the location as per Production Plan & Safety stocks ensuring uninterrupted production process.
2. Critical Product Status Updates: Regularly update critical product status on a weekly basis to ensure timely action and mitigation of any potential issues.
3. Export Order Management: Update export order status, highlighting RM & PM shortages, and develop action plans for delayed orders to meet customer commitments.
4. Commercial Coordination: Follow up with Commercial team for timely dispatches of RM/ PM and ensure delivery at respective locations as per schedule.
5. Safety Stock Review: Periodically review safety stocks in SAP and initiate revisions with approval to optimize inventory levels.
6. Shortages Handling: Respond to shortages against the shortages list received from the plant, addressing queries promptly to maintain production efficiency.
