Required Qualification:
- (a) B.Sc (Nursing)/M.Sc (Nursing)/B.Pharmacy/Pharmacy-D/B.Sc (Medical Lab-technology)
- (b) Experience: Minimum 2 years in hospital services
- (c) Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Telugu and English proficiency
- Ability to handle difficult and complex situations
- Computerized data collection, management, reporting, and analysis
- Basic understanding of Medical/Surgical specialties and Hospital administration
- (d) Additional qualification: Any PG, experience in hospital administration preferred.
Note:
- The notified posts may vary as per Government/District Selection Committee instructions.
- Final approved merit lists are valid until 31.12.2024 for Dr.YSR AHCT, Ongole, Prakasam District.
Selection Criteria:
- Total Marks: 100
- Academic Qualification: 65 Marks
- Computer skill test (1:5 category wise): 15 Marks
- Interview (Subject) at 1:2: 20 Marks
Reservations:
- Applicable as per AP State and Subordinate Services Rules.
- Horizontal reservation for women, persons with benchmark disabilities, Ex-Servicemen, and meritorious sports persons.
- Reservations for economically weaker sections, ex-servicemen per rules in force.
- Differently-abled persons’ reservations as per G.O.Ms.No.2 Department for WCDA & SC (Prog.II) dt 19.02.2020.
