CROs are often contracted by pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies to assist in various stages of drug development, including clinical trials, to ensure efficient and compliant processes.
Experience: The company is looking for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, specifically those who graduated in 2021, 2022, or 2023.
Department: The position is in the MICC (Medical Information Contact Center) department.
Qualification: The required qualifications are M.Pharm, BDS, or Pharm.D.
CTC: The offered salary is 18,000/- per month, with deductions.
Location: The job is located in Begumpet, Hyderabad.
Job Description:
- Handling incoming calls from patients, consumers, and healthcare providers.
- Collecting information related to adverse events, product complaints, and medical inquiries.
- Documenting MICC case reports.
Additional Details:
- Immediate joiners and male candidates are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- There is no cab facility provided.
- Provisional certification of education is mandatory.
- The job involves working the night shift from 09:00 p.m. to 06:00 a.m.
- Candidates with experience in Pharmacovigilance can also apply.
