1. Trainee- Product Development

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Cost Sheet Development: Evaluate raw material and packing material rates for product cost sheets.
  2. Bill of Material: Arrange BOM for products from the Manufacturing site.
  3. Quality Coordination: Coordinate with the Quality team for formulation changes and update BOM accordingly.
  4. Material Coordination: Follow up with the purchase team for urgent raw materials and packing materials.
  5. Artwork Coordination: Develop, correct, and coordinate product artworks with team members.
  6. Marketing Support: Coordinate with the marketing team and maintain order records.
  7. Sales Order Creation: Generate Sales Orders and communicate with production and planning teams.
  8. Dispatch Records: Maintain monthly dispatch product records.
  9. Sales Reporting: Develop sales reports twice a month.
  10. Order Value Tracking: Monitor order value and volume on a monthly basis.

2. Trainee Purchase

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Vendor Development: Identify and assess new vendors.
  2. Project Coordination: Work on new project development, including coordinating with production, QC, BD, and vendors.
  3. Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor guidelines for vendor quality improvement.
  4. Inventory Management: Manage packing material inventory and dead stock.
  5. Quotation Process: Obtain quotations from vendors, negotiate rates, and collaborate with seniors and BD team for orders.
  6. Quality Issues: Address packing material rejection issues and take corrective actions.
  7. Supply Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, Plant PPIC, and BD team to expedite material supply.
