Essential Qualification Required at UPMSCL: Full-time M.Pharma / MD Degree from UGC recognized Indian University.

Age Limit: 45

Monthly Fixed Honoraria Slab (INR): (78,800 – 1,40,000) Pay Matrix -12 (in case of Deputation)

Post Qualification Experience:

1. Minimum 10 years of overall work experience.
2. 5+ years of experience in quality control of medical supplies.

Skills and Attitude:

1. In-depth knowledge of Quality control of medical supplies.
2. Ability to develop and institutionalize quality control processes.
3. People Management skills.
4. Knowledge of the Indian medical supplies (drugs and equipment) industry.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Guide creation of expected standards of quality for drugs and equipment in Uttar Pradesh.
2. Coordinate with authorities for quality checks in laboratories.
3. Supervise Vendor Pre-Qualification process and checks on manufacturing facilities.
4. Ensure adherence to quality norms for all drugs and equipment.
5. Ensure third-party testing and maintain checks before distribution.
6. Lay down blacklisting norms for non-compliant suppliers.

9. Reference date for computing age, qualification, and experience is January 01, 2024.
10. Personal Interview process for selection.
11. Maximum 10 candidates shortlisted based on merit.

• Preliminary Evaluation Process for Merit list: a) Highest Percentage Marks in Essential Qualification (5 Marks) b) Having Desirable Qualification (5 Marks) c) Working Experience (10 Marks)

12. UPMSCL will not provide transportation or transportation cost for the interview.
