Executive / Technical al Assistant (Manufacturing / Riling / Packing)

Experience : This job listing is looking for an Executive/Technical Assistant with 2-8 years of experience in manufacturing, filing, or packing.

Qualification : The preferred educational qualifications are a B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm/M.Pharm degree.

Job Requirements : The job requirements include knowledge of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), material dispensing, ointment/gel filling, airless pumps, track and trace, labeling, carbonator, and QMS (Quality Management System).

SCADA is a system for monitoring and controlling industrial processes. Material dispensing refers to the controlled dispensing of materials, such as liquids or powders, into a container or other receptacle. Ointment and gel filling involves filling a container with a semi-solid substance, such as an ointment or gel. Airless pumps are used to dispense liquids without the need for air. Track and trace is a system for tracking products throughout their lifecycle, from manufacture to sale. Labeling refers to the process of attaching a label to a product, which may include information such as the product name, dosage, and expiry date. Carbonator is a device used to add carbon dioxide to a liquid, such as a carbonated beverage.

QMS is a system used to manage and improve the quality of a company’s products or services. This may include processes for identifying and correcting quality issues, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Executive / Technical Assistant (Quality Assurance)

As an Executive/Technical Assistant for Quality Assurance, the key responsibilities of the job may include:

1. IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance): Ensuring that quality standards are met during the manufacturing process.
2. QMS Activity (Quality Management System): Assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s quality management system.
3. Handling of Market Complaints: Investigating customer complaints and identifying the root cause of quality issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
4. 00S (Out of Specification): Identifying, investigating, and documenting any deviation from established quality standards.
5. Validation: Supporting the validation of manufacturing processes and equipment, ensuring they meet the required standards.
6. Review of BMR & BPR: Reviewing batch manufacturing records and batch packaging records for accuracy and completeness.

Experience : The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-8 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Qualification : A B.Sc/M.Sc/ B. Pharm / M. Pharm degree in a related field is required.
