Skills Required:

  • MBA with B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
  • 8-10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in business development (Formulation)
  • Location: Not a constraint

Job Description:

  • Pre-sales:
    • Identify new leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
  • Sales Activities:
    • Understand client’s requirements and related information for framing proposals, negotiation, and closure of business contracts.
    • Identify market trends, assess market potential, and develop strategies to grow the company’s formulation development business.
  • Promotional Activities:
    • Organize promotional programs and participate in exhibitions for greater brand visibility.
    • Fix meetings around conferences with potential clients.
  • Target Achievement:
    • Meet/exceed business closure targets in the assigned territory.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Support the marketing team in promotional activities.
    • Work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Relations:
    • Maintain momentum with customer relationships.
    • Develop strategic partnerships.
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide timely customer support.
    • Define interfaces with internal resources as necessary.
