Post: Packaging & Development – Injectable Unit Senior Executive
Job Description:
- Design and Documentation: Design, prepare, review, and approve documents such as OPMLs, BPRs, and specifications for packaging materials, in-house labels, and pallet matrix. Ensure thorough checking of artworks and shade cards for labels, primary and secondary packing materials.
- SAP Coordination: Execute and coordinate SAP-related activities, including loading master recipes and Bill of Materials (BOMs) for Finished Goods (FGs).
- Trials and Testing: Conduct various trials for packing materials, injectable devices, safety devices, etc., ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Equipment Qualification: Monitor and provide technical support for the execution of packing equipment qualification, trials, scale-up, exhibit, and commercial process validation batches. Handle investigations as needed during execution.
- Quality Management: Manage deviations, change control, CAPA, and document record management to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Regulatory Support: Support site regulatory affairs in timely filings of exhibit products and assist in regulatory inspections by customers and regulatory agencies.
Candidate Profile:
- Education and Experience: Requires a relevant degree in Pharma/Packaging & Technology with 8 to 14 years of relevant experience in the Injectable sector.
- Background Preference: Candidates with an injectable background will be given preference.
