Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Research Associate to join our R&D team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the formulation of new products, conducting stability studies, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance within our R&D department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design new formulations (tablets, liquids) based on project requirements.
2. Prepare sample premixes for analysis and customer trials, as per marketing team requests.
3. Conduct stability studies to ensure product efficacy and safety.
4. Develop Cost Data Sheets (CDS) for proposed product costings.
5. Design new vitamin and mineral premixes, ensuring accurate label claims.
6. Calibrate and maintain lab instruments and equipment.
7. Document lab trials, analytical reports, and marketing queries.
8. Follow up on pending analysis samples and documents.
9. Coordinate with external customers and outsourcing labs for billing and analysis reports.
10. Procure new raw materials as required.
11. Ensure compliance with safety measures and regulatory standards.
12. Organize internal training activities for relevant departments.
13. Maintain compliance during audits and ensure data integrity.
14. Oversee sanitation as the zone owner of the R&D department.
15. Ensure the production and maintenance of quality products.
