Job Opportunity: Head of Injectable Manufacturing
Job Criteria:
- Qualifications: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least the last 3 years in a multi-line commercial manufacturing facility.
- Attributes:
- High level of ownership and commitment to productivity, compliance, and quality.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Experience managing a large and diverse team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Independently lead the sterile manufacturing and packing areas.
- Coordination: Ensure timely execution of exhibit, process validation, and commercial batches in coordination with other departments.
- Compliance: Maintain adherence to standards and procedures as per regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Review and provide input on documents such as deviations, change controls, market complaints, and qualifications.
- Efficiency: Implement cost-saving strategies, productivity enhancements, and process improvements.
- Cost Management: Control operational costs within the manufacturing department.
