Quality Control (Microbiology)

Position: Senior Officer
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology
Experience: 4 to 6 years in an Injectable Plant handling:

• LM, Water, and RM testing
• Microbial Limit Test (MLT) Analysis
• Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET) Analysis
• Bioassay Analysis

Quality Control (Chemical)

Position: Officer
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
Experience: 2 to 3 years with expertise in:

• Raw material and finished product analysis
• Qualification and calibration of laboratory instruments
• SOP preparation, change control, and deviation management
• Proficiency in LIMS, DMS, and QMS

Position: Executive
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 6 to 8 years with knowledge in:

• Analytical method validation, verification, and transfer
• Pharmacopoeia review
• Preparation of specifications, standard test procedures, SOPs
• Change control, deviation, and investigation
• QC sample analysis and documentation in LIMS
• Strong English communication skills

Quality Assurance (IPQA)

Position: Officer
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 3 years in a pharmaceutical company (parenteral), responsible for:

• Line clearance activities
• In-process checks and sampling
• Finished product verification before release
• Process validation and media fill simulation

Quality Assurance (DMS)

Position: Officer
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
Experience: 1 to 2 years in:

• SOP Management
• Artwork and Document Management
• Issuance, retrieval, and archival processes
• APQR preparation

Production

Position: Officer
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience:

• 2 to 3 years in an Injectable Plant handling 21 CFR equipment (autoclave, filling machine, washing machine)
• 3 to 4 years in filling, manufacturing, dispensing, filtration, equipment & terminal sterilization, GMP & GDP compliance
• 1 to 2 years in batch manufacturing, supervising ampoule washing, filling, autoclaving, dispensing, BMR & logbook entries, and manpower handling
