Quality Assurance (QA) – Department [Injectable/Parenteral]

Designation: Dy. Manager / Manager • QA

Qualification: B.Pharma/ M.Pharma

Total Experience: 10 to 15 years in injectable / sterile manufacturing plant

Job Description:

  • Review audit trails observations/ justification for empower software.
  • Prepare APQR schedule & monitor APQR preparation as per schedule.
  • Review qualification validation, preventive maintenance & calibration of instruments.
  • Review instrument & equipment qualification reports of CSV.
  • Participate in risk assessment activities of various equipment & systems.

Quality Assurance – Environmental Monitoring [Microbiologist]

Designation: Trainee/ Officer/ Sr. Officer /Executive/ Sr. Executive

Qualification: B.Sc. (Micro) / M. Sc (Micro) / B. Tech. (Biotech.) / M. Tech (Biotech)

Total Experience: 2 to 6 years in injectable / sterile manufacturing plant

Job Description:

  • Perform environmental monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
  • Conduct non-viable particle monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
  • Conduct personnel monitoring.
  • Maintain issuance/reconciliation record of items/media for Environment monitoring material e.g. plates, swabs, etc.

Project & Engineering Department [Injectable/Parenteral]

Designation: Dy. Manager / Manager/ Sr. Manager (Plant Maintenance)

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech

Total Experience: 10 to 18 years in injectable/sterile manufacturing plant

Job Description:

  • Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of vial washing, tunnel, vial filling, vial capping machine, Sealing machine, Lyo, Autoclave, Steam sterilizer, etc.
  • Knowledge of GMP operations & Documents.
  • Exposure to regulatory audits.
