Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join our Quality Assurance – Investigations team. This is a pivotal role to ensure high standards of compliance, effective root cause analysis, and timely resolution of product and process deviations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute thorough investigations using tools like Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys, and DMAIC.

Conduct risk assessments, implement CAPAs, and determine product disposition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive investigation resolutions.

Ensure timely documentation and closure of investigations and CAPAs.

Maintain and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor quality performance.

Support internal and external audits/inspections.

Evaluate change controls and printed material compliance for drug and natural product launches.
-
Promote Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 4 to 8 years in Quality Assurance – Investigations
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Quality Assurance – Investigations
