Position:

Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance (Complaints)

Your Role at a Glance:

• Monitor and evaluate market complaints daily, determine criticality, and coordinate communication with manufacturing partners.

• Escalate complaints with potential batch-wide impacts.

• Conduct risk assessments and sampling (AQL) where applicable.

• Review batch records, inspect retained/complaint samples, and document findings.

• Manage internal investigations for non-manufacturing-related complaints.

• Coordinate with manufacturers for investigation reports, ensure thorough evaluations, and implement effective CAPAs.

• Maintain and update the complaint tracking system and ensure timely complaint closure.

• Analyze trends in complaints and escalate where necessary.

• Develop and monitor KPIs related to complaints and CAPA performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 4 to 8 years in Quality Assurance (Complaints) in pharmaceutical industry

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

• Location: Ahmedabad

• Industry: Pharmaceuticals / Healthcare / Clinical Research
