ACE Healthcare (Pvt.) Ltd. – Horana, Sri Lanka

ACE Healthcare (Pvt.) Ltd. is a BOI-approved and LEED (Green) Certified Mega Pharmaceutical and Cosmeceutical Manufacturing Plant, designed to meet GMP, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, and US FDA standards. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Control team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily QC laboratory operations while ensuring compliance with GLP and GDP practices.
• Guide the QC team in conducting routine analysis of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), finished goods (FG), and water, following BP and USP pharmacopeial standards.
• Perform hands-on laboratory analysis and operate instruments such as KF Titrator, FT-IR, and HPLC.
• Coordinate with external laboratories to meet analytical requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Experience in analytical method validation will be considered an added advantage.
• Effectively allocate resources to meet organizational quality control objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or B.Pharm from a recognized university.
• Sound knowledge of cGMP, quality operations, and SAP systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent reporting, analytical, and communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Age below 35 years.
