Post: Junior Research Fellow in the Nanomedicine Research Laboratory
Application:
Seeking applications for the position of one Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the CSIR ASIPRE project titled “Nanozyme-Incorporated Light-Responsive Hydrogel as Angiogenic Antibacterial Wound Dressing for Treating Diabetic Foot Ulcer” under the guidance of Prof. Swati Biswas. The selected candidate will be eligible to apply for the Ph.D. position next semester.
Scope of Work:
- Synthesis of Polymer
- Characterization of physicochemical parameters
- Determination of antibacterial therapeutic effect in in vitro assay systems
- Determination of in vivo therapeutic efficacy
Essential Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (First-class) preferably in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology from a recognized University.
Desirable Qualification:
GATE/NET/GPAT qualification with prior experience in developing nanoformulations, mammalian cell cultures, and in vivo experiments. Strong interest in learning new techniques. Proficiency in spoken and written English is highly desirable.
Fellowship:
Rs. 37,000/- per month (initially first two years) and Rs. 42,000/- per month (last year as an SRF) for NET/GATE qualified candidates.
