The Selection Committee is inviting applications from eligible candidates for appointment on a temporary contract basis through an interview process based on merit and reservation norms. The recruitment is for upgraded hospitals under the National AYUSH Mission, a centrally sponsored scheme, under the jurisdiction of the Tumkur District AYUSH Office.

Salary: ₹28,928/- per month


Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) with at least 2 years of experience in AYUSH hospitals/clinics.
  • If no B.Pharma candidates are available, Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) holders with 2 years of relevant experience will be considered.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.

Age Limit (as of 01-01-2025):

  • General Category: 18 to 35 years
  • Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST): 18 to 40 years
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC): 18 to 38 years

Application Process & Important Dates

  • Application Availability: Candidates can collect applications from the District AYUSH Office, Tumkur, starting 17-02-2025.
  • Submission Deadline: The completed application must be submitted by 5:00 PM on 17-03-2025 in person or by post. Late applications will not be accepted.

Documents Required

  1. Caste Certificate: Must be issued by the Tahsildar on or before the application submission deadline.
  2. Date of Birth Proof: SSLC/Birth Certificate/Equivalent Qualification Mark Sheet or School Transfer Certificate.
  3. Rural Candidate Certificate: If applicable, a certificate from Class 1 to 10, issued by the Headmaster and attested by the Field Education Officer.
  4. Disability Certificate: If applicable, must be issued by the Medical Board of a Government Hospital as per Government Notification No.: C.I.S.E/115/Senani/2005, dated 19-11-2005.
  5. Experience Certificate: Relevant experience certificates must be submitted.
  6. Registration Certificate: Candidates applying for the Pharmacist position must be registered with the relevant Pharmacy Council.

Important Notes

  • The reservation category mentioned in the application will be final. No changes will be allowed after submission.
  • Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate applications for each post. Applications with multiple posts mentioned in a single form will be rejected.
