Job Description:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of recombinant proteins, biophysical methods, and biosimilar similarity analysis
- Proficient in handling HRMS/LCMS systems
- Develop methods to characterize monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) using HRMS/LCMS, including Peptide Mapping, Glycan Analysis, and Identification of Post-Translational Modifications of mAbs
- Qualification and validation of developed methods
- Prepare STPs/SOPs and related documentation

Job Description:
- Engage in protocol preparation, review, study design, pharmacokinetic data analysis, scientific interpretation of BA/BE study results, and report review/writing
- Skilled in handling pharmacokinetic (PK) software programs such as Phoenix
- Conduct PK Data modeling & simulations for oral and non-oral products
- Evaluate preclinical-to-clinical translation of ADME data and predict doses for first-in-human (FIH) studies
- Design Clinical Phase-I studies (comparative BA, PK-PD & PoC)
- Advanced knowledge of PK, PBPK, and Biopharmaceutics Modeling software is advantageous
- Familiar with global regulatory guidelines on bioequivalence studies

Experience: 5-7 Years in peptides analytical development, including related impurities
Qualification: MSc / PhD in Analytical / Organic Chemistry

- Extensive experience in analytical development, including related impurities, peptide assay, amino acid ratio, peptide content, knowledge of SEC, and degree of resin substitution analysis
- Hands-on experience with Preparative LC & DAC purification techniques at lab scale
- Proficiency in Method Development for various peptide tests, routine analysis, and understanding of peptide/amino acid analysis
- Competence in characterizing data related to peptides
- Expertise in LCMS-MS/HRMS for analytical understanding and data interpretation
- Experience with LC, IC, and other relevant analytical techniques

- Hands-on experience with Preparative LC & DAC purification techniques at lab and plant scales, including chromatography knowledge

- Knowledge of GMP systems at the plant level
- Ability to lead a team
