Job Post: Project Management
Work Location: R&D Center @ IKP Turkapally, Hyderabad.
Qualification: M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / MBA
Experience: 3 to 6 Years of experience in Project Management.
Core Competencies:
- Develop and Implement Project Management Practices: Create and adhere to essential Project Management practices and workflows to facilitate timely delivery of milestones and projects by technical teams.
- Apply Best Practices: Utilize Project Management best practices to achieve deliverables in a dynamic environment, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Coordinate and Monitor Activities: Oversee and monitor project activities, milestones, conduct regular team meetings, and manage project budgets and risks effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify, communicate, and manage project risks, proactively addressing potential issues with support from cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Communication and Updates: Prepare and share regular updates on project status with functional heads and the Head of the department, maintaining transparent communication channels.
- Budget Management: Develop and monitor project budgets by coordinating with functional heads to ensure financial objectives are met.
