The JAMP Pharma Group, a proudly Canadian-owned company, is seeking a dedicated and skilled professional for the role of Product Development (Technology Transfer) Senior Executive / Assistant Manager. Our international headquarters are located in Boucherville, just 20 minutes from downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Key Responsibilities

• Tech Transfer Projects: Efficiently execute and manage assigned tech transfer projects, coordinating with third-party Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and JAMP’s internal departments.
• Site Transfer Operations: Execute and monitor commercial operations involving the transfer of projects between sites. This includes a thorough understanding of regulatory guidance, manufacturing processes, and supporting analytical and process validation activities. Review manufacturing documents as necessary.
• Project Monitoring: Track project progress, proactively identify potential roadblocks, develop contingency plans, and ensure smooth project execution by coordinating with all stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with partners through various channels (telecom, email, partner visits) to provide updates on project progress.
• Project Completion: Ensure projects are completed within the agreed scope of work, timelines, cost, and resource parameters.
• Data Management: Assist in data generation, analysis, summary, and interpretation of results, and formulate appropriate recommendations for emerging markets.
