Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic professionals for the positions of Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager in our Drug-Device Combination Product department. This role will be based in Ahmedabad and requires a background in M.Pharm, B.Tech, M.Tech, or PGD with 7-15 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination and Management
- Oversee the design, development, verification, and documentation of new combination product development projects.
- Ensure projects align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Product Development
- Lead the development of drug-device combination products in compliance with ISO 11608 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product development goals.
- Project Tracking and Communication
- Track project status, identify and communicate risks, and ensure timelines are met.
- Provide regular updates on project plans and progress to stakeholders.
- Project Planning
- Develop detailed project plans to achieve milestones and meet deadlines.
- Implement strategies to streamline project processes and improve efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in the coordination of design, development, verification, and documentation of combination product projects.
- In-depth knowledge of drug-device combination product development in compliance with ISO 11608.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to track and communicate project status, plans, risks, and timelines effectively.
- Expertise in developing project plans and ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
