Job Responsibilities:
- Implement production plans in the Liquid Manufacturing block and ensure timely execution.
- Adhere to entry, exit, gowning, and hygiene protocols in the liquid manufacturing area.
- Carry out batch processing as per records and maintain real-time documentation in compliance with SOPs.
- Operate and clean equipment following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Manage inventory, receipt, and usage of spare parts for machinery and instruments.
- Monitor equipment calibration, verification, and environmental conditions.
- Perform line clearance activities and update production status accordingly.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the Automated Quality Management System (AQMS).
- Participate in equipment and process validations to optimize production efficiency.
- Identify and address process or material non-conformities and execute corrective and preventive actions.
