Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Respond to CAC and regulatory audits
2. Track regulatory commitments
3. Manage customer audits and responses
4. Ensure compliance with CAC commitments
5. Conduct self-inspections
6. Close self-inspections with CAPA tracking
7. Respond to and track global CAPA
8. Track and implement global CAPA
9. Track quality intelligence and implement improvements
10. Implement CQ policies
11. Provide departmental training and prepare SOPs
