Job Description:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales targets by ethically promoting company products to customers according to the business plan. Ensure Doctor/Customer call average aligns with customer management plans.
- Organize camps (CME) in line with division strategy and customer needs.
- Facilitate successful new product launches.
- Maintain and update customer lists based on therapy and product requirements.
- Ensure iPad adoption (if applicable) complies with division norms and adherence to CLM calls.
- Conduct prescription audits for Abbott and competitor brands. Generate POBs for Abbott brands as per the business plan.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in BSc/B.Pharm or any graduate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Medical Representative.
- Previous or current experience in the same therapy is preferred.
- Candidates with backgrounds in MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage.
- Fluent and confident in communication.
