Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Executive / Officer to join our dynamic QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to global quality standards such as cGMP and ISO, while driving excellence in compliance, documentation, and regulatory readiness. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Review batch manufacturing and analytical records for accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Manage deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and change control processes.

• Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.

• Conduct internal audits and support regulatory inspections.

• Collaborate with production and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure smooth quality operations.

Qualifications

• Education: M.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm from a recognized institution.

• Experience: 3–4 years in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical, CRO, or CDMO industry.

• Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of cGMP and ISO guidelines.

  • Expertise in SOP preparation, deviation management, and CAPA processes.

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

  • Ability to conduct audits and manage regulatory compliance activities.
