Job Description:

Are you a seasoned professional in pharmaceutical sales with a keen focus on generics? Synokem Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Generics Sales Head. Join us in driving our generics sales strategy to new heights.

  • Specialized Experience:
    We are looking for candidates with a strong background in generic operations, particularly in brand promotion and sales. Your expertise in this area will be crucial in promoting and selling our generic products effectively.
  • Target Audience:
    You will be responsible for engaging with pharmaceutical traders, retailers, and exclusive generic traders across India. Your primary focus will be on driving generic sales and establishing strong relationships within the industry.
  • Business Development:
    This role involves appointing new channel partners, educating them about our products, and making direct calls to end customers. Your ability to coordinate with channel partners and enhance the business prospects of the company will be essential.
  • Network Management:
    Manage and oversee consignee agents, company depot distributors, and dealers within our channel network. Your strategic oversight of these channels will contribute to the growth and efficiency of our operations.
  • Team Leadership:
    Take charge of appointing and managing a field sales team dedicated to driving sales performance and achieving targets.
