Job Description:
As a Scientist / Senior Scientist in Analytical Research and Development (ARD), you’ll play a crucial role as an individual contributor. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting analytical R&D activities including method development, validations, transfers, and documentation for API and drug products. You’ll collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including global development teams, regulatory bodies, quality assurance, manufacturing, and clinical organizations. Managing outsourced analytical activities to vendors will also be part of your remit. Your duties will encompass authoring, reviewing, and archiving various documents essential for regulatory submissions.

Candidate Profile:
- M.Pharm / MSc in Analytical / Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related field with 10-15 years of analytical research experience in Pharmaceutical R&D.
- Proficiency in various modern analytical tools and technologies used in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., U/HPLC, GC, NMR, MS, Karl Fischer, dissolution, particle size, etc.).
- Practical experience in analyzing dosage forms for oral, topical, and parenteral administration, including stability studies and impurity characterization.
- Understanding of drug degradation pathways, stress stability designs, and biopharmaceutical aspects.
- Familiarity with analytical quality requirements for clinical supplies and technical transfer activities.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process and Quality by Design (QbD) principles.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent documentation skills for research recording and regulatory support.
