Job Post: Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM – Softgel

Qualification: B.Pharma | M.Pharma | M.Sc
Experience: 8-15 years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Softgel Manufacturing Expertise:
    • Work experience in softgel manufacturing, overseeing areas such as encapsulation, Gelatine, Medicament, Printing & Inspection in a regulatory environment.
  • Operational Execution:
    • Execute daily and monthly plans efficiently.
    • Achieve daily and monthly targets with predefined quality parameters.
  • Manpower Management:
    • Plan and allocate manpower to areas as per requirements.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Drive process simplification and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Resource Utilization:
    • Aim for zero deviation and strive for 100% utilization of resources.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Evaluate change control/CAPA/incident/deviations and ensure timely closure.
    • Prepare and review SOPs, BPRs, Qualification, and validation protocols/documents.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure all-time compliance in the production facility.

Job Location: Verna, Goa

Incumbent Must Have:

  • Team handling experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
