Job Description:
The company is looking for Graduate/Undergraduate candidates, both freshers and experienced, who have good communication skills in English.
The job role requires the candidate to have good convincing skills to handle customers. It’s essential to be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including overnight shifts, as the job operates on a 24×7 basis.
The candidate would need to interact with customers and handle their queries and concerns.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential in this role, along with a positive attitude, empathy, and patience while dealing with customers.
