Role Overview

As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – QMS, you will play a key role in driving quality management, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure adherence to global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and review Risk Assessments to strengthen quality controls.

• Lead Investigation Reviews & Approvals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Manage Change Control & CAPA processes to support continuous improvement.

• Ensure accuracy in SAP BOM Updates.

• Oversee LIMS & DMS activities for data integrity and compliance.

• Perform QMS trending and reporting to guide decision-making.

• Prepare and review SOPs in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Education: B. Pharm / M. Pharm

• Experience: 8–10 years in Quality Assurance with expertise in QMS.

• Strong knowledge of QMS tools, SAP, LIMS, and documentation systems.

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to drive process optimization and compliance.
