Job Title: Executive Production
Job Description: The role of an Executive Production in this pharmaceutical company involves contributing to the completion of project milestones and managing individual tasks to meet project deadlines. The Executive Production is responsible for ensuring safety compliance, identifying and implementing improvements in efficiency, safety, quality, and cost on equipment and processes. Adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) procedures is crucial, and the Executive Production will be responsible for updating and following standard operating procedures. Additionally, the role involves developing metrics and action plans to meet customer and business needs and managing supervision of inspection, reconciliation, dispensing, and receiving components. The Executive Production will also utilize project management skills to lead and participate in cross-functional teams to achieve objectives within specified timelines.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm or M.Pharm).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, including MS Project or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in tablet manufacturing.
- Pharmaceutical experience in SAP transitions.
