Requirement & Experience :

The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering, with a strong background in pharmaceutical packaging operations and quality assurance.

They should have 15-20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on formulations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a deep understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements.

Job description:

Lead internal audits to ensure the compliance of the packaging operations with the company’s quality management system and cGMP requirements.

• Provide guidance and support to the packaging operations team on cGMP and regulatory requirements. • Develop, implement, and maintain effective quality systems to support packaging operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
• Develop and maintain training programs for packaging operations and related functions to ensure personnel are knowledgeable about cGMP, regulatory requirements, and the company’s quality policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that packaging operations processes and procedures are aligned with overall company objectives.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the packaging operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement appropriate changes.
• Stay current with regulatory and industry developments and best practices in packaging operations and quality assurance.
