Job Description:

The job responsibilities include handling various analytical instruments such as HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, and developing methods for new chemical entities (NCEs). The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

Candidate Profile:

1. Education: The candidate should have a M.Sc or M.Pharm degree.
2. Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of analytical experience working in CRO/API industry.
3. Technical skills: The candidate should have experience in handling HPLC/LC-MS/Prep HPLC/SFC/NMR, sound knowledge and experience of LC-MS/HPLC method development for NCE molecules in analytical scale, and expertise in different types of purification techniques.
4. Interpersonal skills: The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people in other departments.
5. Creative thinking: The candidate should have creative thinking skills to spot new techniques and growth opportunities.
6. Organizational skills: The candidate should be highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
7. Entrepreneurial mindset: The candidate should have a “Go-Getter/Entrepreneurial” mindset and be willing to work in a transparent and entrepreneurial culture.
8. Teamwork skills: The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with others and be able to adapt to various work assignments.
