Job Title: Pharmacovigilance (PV) – Case Processor
Responsibilities:
- Triage and prioritize cases.
- Perform full data entry of all relevant information from the source data.
- Manually code all codeable terms, including adverse events, medical history, concomitant medications, and laboratory values.
- Generate complete narratives for Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) based on client’s Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) auto-narrative templates and conventions.
- Monitor workflow activities, including retrieving daily workflow reports and ensuring users complete cases within the 7/15-day timelines.
- Ensure compliance by identifying and prioritizing expedited cases until completion.
- Review impacted cases daily and escalate/re-route cases to initiate and complete follow-up processing in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain a record of data correction requests, including their impact and the actions taken.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree.
- 1-4 years of experience in the field.
