Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience: 1-5 Years Job Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

• Supervise and monitor the Softgel manufacturing process and handle entire shift operations with subordinates.
• Possess knowledge of Softgel dosage form products, processes, and equipment.
• Able to handle teams and effectively manage people.
• Prepare shift-wise production schedules in the manufacturing area using tools such as MS Office, SAP, and Trackwise.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, along with knowledge of GDP, GMP, and SOP preparation.
• Additional skills include communication skills, proficiency in operating MS Office, SAP, and Trackwise.
