The main responsibilities of the role are:

• Procurement of finished pharmaceutical products from external manufacturers
• Inventory management
• Raw material procurement (API, excipients, colors, coating material, etc.)
• Packing material procurement (primary – foil, cartons, leaflet, glass & HDPE bottles, PET bottles, etc.)
• Tertiary material procurement (shippers, BOPP tape, shrink wrap, thermocol, etc.)
• Vendor qualification process
• Supplier management
• Main point of contact for operational tasks
• Participation in internal cross-functional meetings
• Maintaining and updating product information
• Raising purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers
• Price negotiation
• Vendor development and new product development
• Resolving queries raised by the plant
• Conducting vendor audits and maintaining records                                                                          The ideal candidate should have experience in pharma raw material, packing material, capital purchases, and spares. They should also have excellent communication skills and experience with ERP systems will be an advantage. BPHARM/MPHARM freshers may also apply.
• Salary: This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month.

• Schedule: & Ability to commute/relocate: The schedule is for the day shift and the candidate is required to reliably commute or be planning to relocate to Mumbai – 400063, Maharashtra before starting work.
• Experience: The ideal candidate should have a total work experience of 3 years in a relevant field (preferred).
