Position Overview
Role: DGM / GM (Operations Head)
Division: Stericon Pharma Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore
Industry Segment: Injectable / Sterile / Parenteral / Ophthalmic Manufacturing
Experience Required: 20 to 25 years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc.
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead sterile production operations with a strong focus on injectable and ophthalmic bulk solutions.

Ensure compliance with international regulatory standards (US-FDA, MHRA, EU, TGA, INVIMA, WHO, etc.).

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and product quality.

Manage production compliance activities including remediation and documentation (CAPA, CCN, investigations, etc.).

Oversee sterile manufacturing using technologies such as BFS (Blow Fill Seal) and FFS (Form Fill Seal) for vials, ampoules, and bottles (glass and plastic).

Strategize and implement GMP systems and audit readiness programs.
Preferred Profile

Must have extensive experience in regulatory-approved facilities.

Strong leadership and compliance background.

Demonstrated success in leading operational excellence and quality systems.

Proven audit experience with key global regulatory authorities.
