Job Post: Junior Officer – Packing

Job Description

Job Purpose: Monitor and execute packing activities during a shift, ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety standards to meet production targets.

Accountabilities

1. Shift Packing Execution:
Manage available resources and minimize machine downtime to achieve shift targets.

2. Documentation Review:
Oversee packing documentation and monitor packing parameters as per the Batch Production Record (BPR) to ensure regulatory compliance.

3. Manufacturing Records:
Prepare and update manufacturing records and online documentation to meet production and cGMP requirements.

4. Safety Adherence:
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines during packing activities to maintain a safe working environment.

5. Staff Training:
Provide training to staff and workmen on packing activities through regular interactions to ensure quality output.

6. Process Improvement:
Introduce new ideas and streamline processes to reduce cycle time and achieve new targets.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • B. Pharm. / B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in packing
  • Knowledge of handling QMS activities, qualifications, and related documents
